Common Pre Order Terms
ETD: Estimated time of Departure. The estimated time a preorder will depart from our manufacture's warehouse and ship to Little Wild Crowns.
Ordering Period: The window of time that orders are accepted for a pre order collection.
Closing Date: The last day in an ordering period. No orders are accepted for collections after this date.
Pre-orders are items that have not yet been manufactured by our supplier and have been purchased ahead of time. All pre-order items are unique and are made to order according to each customer's specifications. Unless otherwise stated, all items on our website are available only for pre-order.
It is through pre-orders that Little Wild Crowns is able to offer great pricing and a variety of prints/styles. Each Pre-Order has an ordering period- or a period during which the order can be placed. The last day of a preorder's ordering period, or the closing date, is the last day orders will be accepted before the collection goes into production. All pre-orders are sent to production once the pre-order period has closed.
The estimated time of departure is referred to as the ETD. The estimated time in which a pre-order will depart our manufacturer's warehouse and be shipped to Little Wild Crowns.
In all cases, Little Wild Crowns uses international priority air shipping. After a package leaves our manufacturer's warehouse, it may take anywhere from three to five business days for us to receive the package(s). It will take another three to five business days for us to process and ship your order. Please consider this timeline when estimating when your order will be ready for shipment.
On the "Pre Order Updates" tab of our website, we provide updates regarding when orders ship to us from the manufacturer, once we receive the order, and once shipping to customers has been completed. Please keep in mind we do not ever guarantee any specific arrival dates. It is recommended that you order well in advance and have a backup if you are ordering only for a specific event/purpose.

Email updates are not typically provided for pre-orders, unless there is a delay. Our goal is to keep the update page current and include as much information as possible to ensure your needs are met.

Pre-order items may not be cancelled. No exceptions.
Non pre-order item cancellation request must be sent within 24 hours of your order being placed.
To request a cancellation for a non pre order item please email contactlittlewildcrowns@gmail.com. You must include your order number. Cancellation request received within 24 hours will be refunded minus a 15% cancellation fee.
Due to the small size of our shop, all sales are final.
If there is a defect with your item, you must email contactlittlewildcrowns@gmail.com within 48 hours of your order being delivered. Your email must include the following information:
If available, a replacement will be provided for the defective item. If a replacement is not available, a store credit will be issued. Item's must be unworn and not washed.
In the event you receive the incorrect item please email contactlittlewildcrowns@gmail.com within 72 hours of your order being delivered. Your email must include the following information:
If available, the correct item will be sent and a return label will be provided for the incorrect item. If an item is not available, a store credit or a refund will be issued.
Due to the complexity of pre-orders, Little Wild Crowns does not guarantee a specific arrival date. Whenever you are ordering for a specific event or purpose, we recommend ordering well in advance and keeping a backup on hand. In spite of our best efforts, there are many factors that can cause delays with items that are made to order. Delays are usually minimal, but can occur due to manufacturing delays, shipping delays, customs delays, natural disasters, and/or extremely high volumes of orders.
We do not typically order extras. In the event there are extras those items will be added to our ready to ship collection once all preordered items have been shipped.
There is typically only one preorder round for each print, after which it is retired.
It is typical for retired prints to be offered only once a year, towards the end of the year.
