There is a lot of excitement surrounding pre-orders! The items you order are printed, cut, and hand sewn specifically for you. By placing a pre-order, customers will be able to order the style and size they desire, without having to worry about cart jacking and sold out items. Through the pre-order process, Little Wild Crowns offers a wide variety of prints, styles, and sizes for the entire family. We would have limited on-hand stock if we did not accept pre-orders, including prints and styles. Our shop is thankful for the trust our customers place in us, and we are excited to offer the coziest snuggles, the ultimate twirls, and the coolest prints to children and adults alike. The process of placing a pre-order requires patience, and we kindly ask that customers familiarize themselves with our shop policies and the pre-order process before placing an order. These Pre-Order Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the placing of pre-orders ("Pre-Order") with Little Wild Crowns (“we”, “us”, or “Little Wild Crowns”) for our products and other accessories ("Products").
Pre-orders are items that are not available and/or are currently sold-out in our shop. A pre-order is placing orders in advance of stock being received by Little Wild Crowns and requires a full payment up front. Please read these Terms carefully before submitting your Pre-Order of any Little Wild Crowns Products. By submitting your Pre-Order, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.

When placing a Pre-Order for Little Wild Crowns Products, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and billing information.
You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current. Little Wild Crowns shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information.

For address changes please provide the address provided at the time of purchase in addition to the update you wish to make.

Estimated Time of Departure: All estimated time of departure (ETDs) for preorders are posted on our website & social sites when ordering and must be acknowledged at check out. We are unable to predict transit times, only when production is completed.
ETDs are an estimate of when our manufacturer will ship the order TO Little Wild Crowns.
Updates will be provided here once the order ships to us from the manufacturer, once we receive the order, and once shipping to customers has been completed. Please keep in mind we do not ever guarantee any specific arrival dates. If you are ordering ONLY for a specific event/purpose we advise to have a backup.
Please understand that any manufacturing/shipping delays are out of our control, and we will do our best to keep you up to date should any delays arise.
When placing an order with Little Wild Crowns you are agreeing to not hold our business liable for any delays in receiving or shipping your paid for items as a result of postal delays, inclement weather, an act of God, a worldly pandemic, or any natural disasters that are out of our control.

Although we aim to accurately represent the final product through mockups, slight variations in color may occur due to differences in monitor and device settings such as brightness, contrast, and saturation. Additionally, our items are all hand sewn and unique, therefore there may be variations in print scaling and placement.

You will be charged the full price of the products at the time of placing your order.

We will do our best to accommodate any request to make adjustments to orders (ie. sizing, quantity, style) however the approval of such request is not guaranteed.
Address Changes: If your address changes prior to shipping, it is your responsibility to contact us at contactlittlewildcrowns@gmail.com to request a change of address. This MUST be done prior to your order being shipped. Once you receive a shipping notification we can not change the address for that order. *Changing your address on your online account WILL NOT update the address for all pending orders.* You must reach out to us for pending order addresses to be changed. If your order is returned or lost due to the incorrect or old address not being updated, you are responsible for paying all shipping fees to have this order reshipped to the correct address.

Pre-orders may not be cancelled. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Ready to ship items must be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, prior to the order shipping, and are subject to a 15% cancellation fee.

PRE ORDERS take 8-10 weeks to complete production after the preorder period closes. Please allow two additional weeks for all orders to be shipped. It is kindly requested that customers estimate at most a twelve-week turnaround time for their item to be delivered - from the close date of the pre-order period - not from the date of your order.
READY TO SHIP: Please allow 5 business days (Excluding weekends & holidays) to ship all items that are ready to ship.
SHIPPING METHODS: All orders are shipped USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail. Mail class is determined by package weight.
TRACKING NUMBERS: Once we are ready to pack your order, tracking numbers are sent automatically. Labels are printed in bulk. Once your label has been printed, it indicates that your item(s) are being pulled for packing. It may take up to five days for tracking numbers to show movement.
CAN YOU SHIP MY ITEMS INDIVIDUALLY? It is our policy to ship all items in each order together. Items will not be shipped separately unless requested by clicking here or contacting contactlittlewildcrowns@gmail.com and additional shipping is paid before your order is packaged.
CAN YOU COMBINE MULTIPLE ORDERS IN ONE SHIPMENT? We DO NOT combine multiple orders together in one shipment.
WHAT IF OUR PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN OR DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT? Little Wild Crowns is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any lost, stolen or damaged packages in transit. Once the package has shipped and is in transit, it is out of our hands and you will need to contact your local post office to open a claim with them.
CAN YOU SEND REPLACEMENT ITEMS IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR STOLEN DURING TRANSIT? We can NOT send replacement items. We do not have stock to provide replacements.

DO YOU OFFER SHIPPING INSURANCE? Yes, we use SHIPINSURE which is automatically applied to your cart when you checkout. You must purchase shipping insurance thru SHIPINSURE. If you uncheck the box at checkout for insurance - you will be responsible for your package if lost stolen or damaged in transit. Little Wild Crowns is not responsible for any lost- stolen- damaged packages in transit.

Due to the small size of our shop and every item being made to order, we are not able to offer exchanges. It is unlikely that we will have additional sizes/styles available for an exchange to take place.

Refunds/returns for defective items are offered in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Our return policy does not apply to delays, lost packages, damaged packages in transit, sizing issues, buyer's remorse, or any other reason besides defects.
If you would like to return your item(s), ALL the requirements below must be met.
- Item(s) MUST be UNWORN and UNWASHED.
- CLICK HERE or contact us via email at contactlittlewildcrowns@gmail.com within 48 hours of your order being delivered.
- You MUST include the order number of your return shipment in the email to us.
- Ship the item(s) within 3 days of receiving your return label if coming from us - or 3 days from the time emailed to let us know you would like to initiate a return/exchange.
- You MUST use the same shipping carrier & service that we used to ship your order.
- If your item was flawed, please include the item title, variation, size and what/where the flaw is as well as a photo.
- If you received the wrong item please include the item title, variation & size of both the ordered item and the received item.
Once we receive the item(s) we will perform an inspection. If the inspection shows that the item(s) are unworn and unwashed, we will issue a Store Credit. STORE CREDIT ONLY. WE DO NOT REFUND YOUR PAYMENT METHOD.
RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ORDER. If the tracking does not show that the item(s) were in possession of the shipping service carrier within 5 days of you receiving them, the item(s) will be returned to you, you will forfeit the ability to return the item(s) & you will NOT receive Store Credit.
