SHOP POLICIES

A pre-order is an item purchased ahead of time, which has not yet been manufactured by our supplier. All items available on our website are pre order only unless otherwise stated. Pre Orders allow Little Wild Crowns to offer great pricing and a multitude of prints/styles.

Pre Orders each have an ordering period- or a window in which we are accepting orders. The last day of a pre order's ordering period, or the date of closing, is the last day orders are accepted before the collection is sent to production.

Once a pre order closes, all orders are sent to production.

ETD: Estimated time of Departure. The estimated time a preorder will depart from our manufacture's warehouse and ship to Little Wild Crowns. Little Wild Crowns always uses international priority air shipping.

Once packages depart from our manufacture's warehouse it can take anywhere from 3-5 business days for the package(s) to be delivered to us.

Please allow another 3-5 business days for us to process and ship orders. Please include this timeline when estimating when your order will be ready to ship to you.

Updates regarding when an order ships to us from the manufacturer, once we receive the order, and once shipping to customers has been completed is posted on the "Pre Order Updates" tab of our website.

Please keep in mind we do not ever guarantee any specific arrival dates. If you are ordering ONLY for a specific event/purpose, we recommend ordering well in advance and to have a backup.


Due to the small size of our shop, all sales are final.

If there is a defect with your item, you must email contactlittlewildcrowns@gmail.com within 48 hours of your order being delivered. Your email must include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the defect

If available, a replacement will be provided for the defective item. If a replacement is not available, a store credit will be issued. Item's must be unworn and not washed.

In the event you receive the incorrect item please email contactlittlewildcrowns@gmail.com within 72 hours of your order being delivered. Your email must include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item you received

If available, the correct item will be sent and a return label will be provided for the incorrect item. If an item is not available, a store credit or a refund will be issued.


All orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise requested. Tracking is provided and is sent to the email provided at the time of order.

Little Wild Crowns is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost in transit a claim must be filed with USPS.

If your package is returned as insufficient address or undeliverable- or delivery refused- you must pay for the cost of the item to be shipped back to you.


Pre order items may not be cancelled. No exceptions.

Non pre order item cancellation request must be sent within 24 hours of your order being placed.

To request a cancellation for a non pre order item please email contactlittlewildcrowns@gmail.com. You must include your order number. Cancellation request received within 24 hours will be refunded minus a 15% cancellation fee.

Pre Order Delays

If there is a delay in the production or shipping of a pre-order, customers will receive direct updates. Delays do not warrant cancellations or refunds. While we strive to minimize delays, they can still occur with pre-orders.

Pre Order - Lost Packages

In case a package is lost during transit to Little Wild Crowns, customers will receive direct communication. All non-seasonal items will be remade and included in the next closing pre-order. Seasonal items that cannot be remade and shipped in time for the holiday will be credited as gift cards. We do not offer order cancellations or refunds.

By agreeing to our shop policies at checkout, you accept the turnaround times stated for each item. Please familiarize yourself with our policies, which make it clear that any delays in manufacturing or shipping are beyond our control. Please note that estimated delivery times are not guarantees of when your item will arrive.

Please allow 48 business hours for a response. Business hours are Monday - Friday and exclude Holidays and weekends.

If you have any order inquiries, please reach out to our us via the email provided. We kindly ask that you utilize this contact method to ensure that your inquiry is promptly and efficiently addressed. Order inquires sent via social media will be removed and asked to contact via email.
